just opened this “long list”…..can’t wait to get it all done! Every time you come I know, 100%, that THE CLEANING CO. will step it up one more time. Thanks for all you do to improve the quality of workmanship that your training allows….know that what you are able to teach people in our dry-cleaning plants is not only making our drycleaners more profitable, but improving the quality of lives in our employees by educating them to do a more valuable job within our industry….they all love you! EZ and Manuel were asking when “Sandy is coming back?”

The afternoon you left, Carlyle came in from school and ask where you were….we all just get accustomed to you being “one of us”. We will see you in December and look forward to what you have in store for us then.
