Sandy Haralson is a “hands on trainer.” Her 30 plus years of experience as a presser, cleaner, spotter, CSR, and maintenance repair technician are second to none. She has an extraordinary ability to communicate her techniques in a language people can comprehend. Sandy observes the symptoms before diagnosing the problem and only then moves to a workable solution. Given any garment and its condition, Sandy can tell you how to clean it, clean it herself, or advise you to return it to the customer as unserviceable. The neatest thing I can say is that our people fight to get her time. We operate 8 plants and they all want her for the entire week. She speaks frankly and openly with respect to her recommendations and stands firm in her opinions. Sandy is as good as they come.
