Sandra has been an invaluable asset to our company. When I transitioned from customer service manager to production manager she helped me every step of the way. She gave me a detailed hands-on course in stain removal, basic maintenance, wet cleaning, dry cleaning machine operation, and also helped me address some of our finishing concerns. Sandra’s ability to simplify the process and have everyone understand, even the most technical point, has been a key to our continued success.

I have become a more valuable asset to Fashion Cleaners because of the knowledge Sandra has given me, whether it has been during a consultation or a five minute phone call. The fact that you can pick up the phone or send her an email with your major “crisis” of the day, and she gets back to you right away, speaks volumes about her professional integrity. I highly recommend Sandra to everyone I come in contact whether it is at a MFM meeting or a clean show event. She can always help you come to a resolution while challenging your ability at the same time. Only great teachers can inspire an individual to improve their skill and ability and I feel Sandra definitely fits that mold.

Sandy observes the symptoms before diagnosing the problem and only then moves to a workable solution. Given any garment and its condition, Sandy can tell you how to clean it, clean it herself, or advise you to return it to the customer as unserviceable. The neatest thing I can say is that our people fight to get her time. We operate 8 plants and they all want her for the entire week. She speaks frankly and openly with respect to her recommendations and stands firm in her opinions. Sandy is as good as they come.

She is a walking encyclopedia on the dry cleaning industry. She helps us with our equipment to be sure it is being utilized to its full potential. She inspects everything from top to bottom and lets us know what is working and what needs fixed. She guides us in the area of OSHA / DEQ and what the requirements are on our machines, what forms, procedures that need attention etc.

Sandra Haralson has been our Dry Cleaning/Wet Cleaning Consultant since March 2003. Our prior experience was in the Commercial Laundry. The knowledge we have received from Sandy has been immeasurable. Great American has earned the reputation of being able to clean garments, all other dry cleaners in our area cannot get clean. Without Sandy’s help, this would not have happened.
